The food table present in the report is a tool that helps developing adapted nutritional patterns, by choosing the most appropriate foods based on the genetic results obtained.
It contains a recommendation on the consumption of each of the more than 700 selected foods, in addition to the different relevant nutrients according to the client's genetics. Warnings are also shown in those foods that contain gluten, lactose and/or a high caloric content, when applicable.
There are several regions available (Spain, Europe, the Middle East, Central America, among others), so that the foods present in the report that the end customer will receive are the most common in their diet.
